Sold your customer a block of hours up front? Switch on the hour bank for the project and pick the status that counts as used. Every story that reaches it deducts its estimated hours automatically — reopen the story and the hours come straight back.

  • Top up or correct by hand — every change records who made it.
  • Your customer sees the same balance and history, so nobody has to ask.
  • Download the whole ledger as Excel or CSV.

Feature boards

A separate board per product, where customers and colleagues collect feature requests and vote on them. Everything is ranked by upvotes minus downvotes, so the roadmap comes out of the conversation instead of the loudest email.

  • Everyone you invite can post, comment and cast one vote per request.
  • Mark a request in progress or done as you pick it up.
  • Optional email when a request or a comment is added.

Yes. All traffic is encrypted, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, two-factor authentication is available on every account, and access is controlled per project with viewer, commenter and editor roles. Scrumbo is hosted and maintained in Europe, and you can export your data at any time.

Use Secure send: messages and files are encrypted in your browser before they leave your machine, only the recipient can decrypt them, and they self-destruct after being read. Our servers never see the content — not even we can read it.
